Meet the Founder
Jason R. Sanchez is the Founder and CEO of Key Focus Advisors LLC, a specialized home health consulting firm established in May 2025. With more than 24 years of hands-on leadership experience in the home health and home care industry, Jason helps agencies streamline operations, implement critical technology systems, strengthen financial controls, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable growth.
Jason brings deep expertise across accounting and finance, operations, human resources, sales management, and technology implementation. His consulting services focus on high-impact projects including:
